When you place an order through our Service, you are offering to purchase products subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
Delivery times quoted are estimates only, and we shall not be liable for any delays caused by the delivery company or beyond our control.
You must inspect the products upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours of delivery if there are any issues with the products delivered. Failure to do so may affect your right to return the products.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Elegant Home Textiles and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Hong Kong and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Elegant Home Textiles.
In no event shall Elegant Home Textiles, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
